I’ve tried a few before and one or two were very good, and the rest mediocre.

Last week Shop Rite had a brand on sale with digital coupon: $3.99 instead of regular price of $7.99. I bought the Margherita pizza and followed the cooking instructions precisely.

:crazy2: DH and I each took a bite or two and agreed it was absolutely disgusting. The toppings were flavorless and the crust was like a stale matzah. Even a dollar store frozen pizza with fake cheese was tastier than this crap. It went straight into the trash as soon as it was cool.

I should have known from prior experience that any product that prints glowing praises on the package is garbage.

Most likely written by paid shills or their marketing team. I left a critical review on their facebook page and it was already removed.:sad2:

In happier news my pyracantha has tons of berries this year.:-)

What they printed on the box. /What they left out.

I'm officially obsessed/with eradicating collie pizza from the planet.

I nearly cried/watching my kids eat this crime against humanity.

I'm 100% positive I can live off nothing but/ pyracantha berries better than this pizza

This is one of our favorite/hockey pucks ever.

My taste buds were dancing/trying to escape the funeral pyre that was my mouth after eating this.

Costco just started selling their own brand of cauliflower crust pizza. Delicious! Give that one a try if you are a Costco member.

I've heard good things about cauliflower crusts but haven't tried it yet. I don't think I eat pizza often enough for it to make much difference, might as well stick with the real thing.

I got a coupon for a free one at Giant and a coupon for a free one at Shoprite two weeks ago. My son ate both and thought they were ok. Normally $7.99 for a small pizza which is $$ in my opinion. Only got them since they were free. Won’t pay for them but he did eat them. Brand was colliepower or something like that. I believe they were both 4 cheese pizza flavor.

While I think these products are fine for those suffering from celiac, they just don't appeal to me. We have friends who have celiac and they eat a lot of these substitute products to manage their medical condition. Have tried some of them at their house and don't find any of them to have the taste/texture of the real thing.

I like cauliflower but there is no reason to make it into pizza crust! I do enjoy cauliflower buffalo wings though.

I still can't have that kind of crust for pizza. Too many carbs

Haven't tried the buffalo cauliflower, but if it's like anything else if you put enough stuff on top of cauliflower or broccoli it can be tasty. Of course at that point, you're not really eating anything healthy. This is why I just stick to the original recipes and try not to have them too often or in gigantic portions.

They are literally just peices of cauliflower with a light batter and either fired or baked. Then you toss on the buffalo sauce. I wouldn't pretend it's healthy, but they are tasty and a good vegetarian option.

The brand they carried before was good—Milton’s. The new one is very good, too. Nice to eat pizza and not feel guilty.

YES!!!! I just tried it last week and it is surprisingly good. I don't cook it for nearly as long as it says to because I like a softer crust. It says to bake it for something like 12 mins. at 425. It would be burned in my oven. LOL. I drizzle a touch of olive oil and a shake of parm cheese and its so yummy!

Cauliflower crust has become my favorite in terms of gluten free pizza options and as a breadstick. Aldi sometimes has a take and go version that's super delicious. It's like a power vegetable!

We buy the Caulipower, Green Giant crust only. We never buy it with sauce, veggies, etc. I am not 100% sure if I tried Costco yet - but I would only buy crust. We add our own home made sauce and toppings.

Cannot compare taste to regular pizza but I think it is pretty decent/good and much lighter than regular pizza. I don't feel stuffed.

DW says the cauliflower crust doesn't have too many carbs for her. Of course, every person has their own limits on what they can or can't have.

She buys the plain crust and we put our own sauce and vegetable toppings on it. It's not my favorite, but it's decent enough since she really can't have dough crust pizza much anymore, maybe one slice every other month.
