Collie Flower Crust Pizza

I like cauliflower a lot, just tossed in a bit of oil then baked to a nice brown is delicious. I suppose a nice slice of un-battered eggplant parm is sort of a veggie pizza but I've never been coaxed to try the cauliflower pizza, it feels like it would be bland at best. Come to think about it, cheddar on cauliflower is delish, there are so many ways it can go right, why pizza?

I haven't tried cauliflower pizza, but Trader Joe's cauliflower ravioli is amazing
