Congrats to everyone who got what they wanted or almost! Thanks to everyone for their encouraging words about POP. I am looking forward to staying there!

I'll be waiting for codes for NOv/Dec next. Maybe I'll see some of you there!!???

Those of you waiting for after June I will keep my finger crossed that codes come out soon!!!

I got an AP rate too, but I had to change resorts to do it. No discounts were available for CSR for my dates, so I switched to POR for $119/nt. I'm happy to get the rate, but I'm also disappointed b/c I really wanted to stay at CSR.

I wonder if there was anything at CSR to begin with. We had an original ressie at CSR and wanted to upgrade to AKL anyways. When I asked about CSR she said the code wasn't loading. We had a standard room.

My guess is that they are so booked over there at CSR that they aren't offering many if any codes. We actually had to switch our week of travel to get CSR in the first place.

You could still keep calling and trying though. The ressies are always changing.

On hold for 10-15 minutes (sorry, didn't keep track but it was definitely more than 10 minutes). Needed two rooms for one night. Got AKL Savannah view rooms for $230 each + tax = $256.45 each, for night of May 6th.

I think CSR was pretty booked anyway. I tried prior to get an AAA rate and all they had was a king and a junior suite.
I miss the $49 and $59 value rate! That was a bargain!
cstraub- I'll be looking for Dec codes as well!! also October!
We normally carry Seasonal Annual Passes which block out the summer but upgraded to the Premium AP's this year so if a great code comes out over the summer I may have to join one of those threads so we can hit the water parks!

I must admit, the days the codes are released aren't my favorite. I have to be up at 4:45 am at the latest...

The CM thought there might be a lot of conventions going on then and the resort already has most of its rooms full so no need for a discount. I guess this makes sense considering I wasn't able to get a AAA rate a few months ago either.

Regarding the WL standard rooms, when we booked our January trip back in November, no standard rooms were available at the AP rate. I kept trying, and got 2 standard rooms about 2 weeks before our trip.

I got thru right away this morning and got POR for $119 a night (May 25 - June 4) I had asked for CSR but it was not available. CBR and POR were the only two with availability for moderates.

Well of course, I changed my mind so I just sat on hold about 15 minutes and changed it to a split stay at POP for $74 a night and then Contemporary Garden Wing Standard View for $179 a night for the last four nights

Well I got All-Star Music standard view 2 rooms for 8 nights May 20-28. Grand total 1428.00 That is 5 adults, so there is an extra adult charge there.

Now, if I can just get a Ding! for BNA or BHM for my two extra folks that we didn't originally plan on, I'll be set!!

Just called -- WL may12-19. Original ressie for standard rm w/ aaa was 249.76 (with tax). No ap discount for standard rm only courtyard at $233.10 (with tax). So this has only saved me $109.00. Which doesn't even cover the additional cost of the ap. (myw upgrade to ap was about $200.00 more)

Cm said to try back & see if standard rm will be available at ap rate. Does this ever happen - should I call every day????? I am very disappointed. I am a 1st timer.

Help - What to do?????

I got POR at $119/night, with the 11 and 1/2 percent tax, that bumps it up to $132/night.

Just to let you know there are still pool view rooms at the AKL. I just got one for May 18 - May 22 for $189.50/night (including tax) . Good Luck everyone!

I called on my way to take the kids to school this morning from my cell and got a discount at Boardwalk for $245.00/night for April 29th. CM said she was giving me a credit of $111.67!!

do you have your heart set on WL? Maybe you could try a different resort?

WELL YES. I wanted to be close to the mk. I like the deluxe style over the mod with to be seem so spread out. With two small boys I wanted easier access to our rooms, etc.
