coach and knock off purses

If your thinking Nassua, you can find them at the Straw Market, it's a 5 minute walk from the ship.

Didn't say which cruise you're going on but in Cozumel there was a store
right in town that had nothing but mostly knock off Coach. They were
VERY real looking. I almost bought one for DD. But I talked myself out
it and decided I could spend the money on something else!

You can get real Authentic practicaly *NEW* Coach bags, on ebay for under $35.00(just check your seller's feedback before bidding).

I am a Coach fanatic. I have bought a few bags off ebay but I see so many many fakes. Never have I bought a real Coach for $35. There are more fakes on ebay than real. Of course I like the popular bags.

Buy a fake bag and knowing its fake is one thing but I hate seeing people thinking they have a real one and its fake.

Just a couple of easy tips.

1. If its from China its fake 99.999999999% of the time
2. If the seller has more than 1 of the same bag. look deeper
3. Don't assume that if it has "Paperwork" its real if they can fake a bag how hard is it to fake a reciet.
4. Check out the "Serial" number. they are not actually serial numbers but style numbers and manufacturing Date and locations. Each bags is diffrent If you do some research you can find the info on the bag you want and make sure the patch inside matches.

This is all so true. I have bought a few Coach bags off of e-bay. I have
also NEVER bought a purse for 35$ (not even close actually). You have to
do research to make sure the bag is real. Sometimes newer styles are as
much on e-bay as they are in the store as people will bid them up. And if
it is a newer style and seems cheap then beware. I would also never buy
from anyone that didn't have 100% rating. The last purse I bought I actually
ended up buying at a Coach store because I wanted a newer style and it
was as much on e-bay by the time you factor in shipping as it was in the
store.
If you know you're buying a fake and are ok with that that fine. But as I said
in my previous post some of the ones in Cozumel (and they look very much
like the ones in the trip report someone posted) look very real, numbers
inside, etc. But, plastic wrap on the straps?! Dead giveaway!!!

Well, depending on the size of the purse, small ones probably started at
about 30-40$ and and went to close to $100 for large ones. They
definately weren't real!

Also, if you're looking for a real coach or buy one on Ebay and want to know if it's real or not, the zipper will always have a YKK on it somewhere if it's real. Unfortunately, buying coach is about as addictive for me as going on Disney cruises.

On our cruise to Nassau, we stumbled upon a shop on a little street (which looked more like an alley) just a couple of blocks from the terminal building. In there, they had a number of "coach" purses. DD bought one for $80. It had a serial number, which she was able to register on the Coach web site, so we're thinking maybe it was an "imperfect", or more probably, a couple of years old/discontinued model, (since we can't find anything close to it on the Coach web site). She also bought a wristlet, which she's pretty well convinced was a knock off (but she doesn't care, she uses it around school, so if something happens to it, no biggie!).

We have a factory outlet mall close by, with a Coach store in it. A couple of weeks ago, we went in there, so DD could get a matching wallet. She found one, which cost more than the purse (she wished she had bought the wallet in Nassau too!).

I am a big ebay seller, & usually find Coach bags every weekend.

I do 2 things to Authentic them. There is always a serial number, I call the Coach 800# & give them the serial number. Most times, they will tell me the bag(NAME) If they can't, I run to the Coach store, & ask them, to verify the Authenticy.

All they years, I am selling (about 9) I have only come home with about 3 fake ones. I can usually tell, with above tips as well.

I usually get anywhere between $25.00 to about $100.00 I sell mostly the leather bags.

I have been selling for 9 years, I have almost 2,000 perfect feedback. Last week I got some crazy guy, & left me negative my first Now, I only have 99.2
