Current Incentives ie Magical Beginnings, Disney visa etc

I'm really asking about direct DVC discounts/rebates/etc, but I don't see anything on the official site. Seems like it would be pretty easy to not know about them until you are getting really serious with a guide.

Good thing this site exists. I did chat with a guide for a few minutes. He wasn't allowed to state specifics on discounts on the chat, but he did say the Disney Visa $1000 wasn't being offered for the Poly at the moment.

Yeah lots of guides are hesitant to put sales information over chat or email. It's usually a phone call for the discussion and then the official charts are sent out to prospective members based on what they qualify for.

I know if I email my guide he will follow-up with a phone call and leave a voicemail with my answers if I can't pickup. He'll only email me the chart(s) he referenced.

The Disney Visa discount is only good on the Cabins at Fort Wilderness right now. D23 is $500 and works on Poly, but cannot be combined with cast member, military, or new member referral discount. Those are all worth $500. The Magical Beginnings rebate ($20 per point for selling current UY back to DVC) works if you buy 150+ points.

The regular developer incentives per point should be listed on the main website based on the number of points you select with the slider, but anything additional will require speaking with a guide or getting the information from someone that already has.

There is a reason for that. It is easier to get a prospect across the line in a phone conversation.
