CM's duties after sales???

help me out here. I bought resale so I did not deal with a CM. I noted on another thread that DVC was going to limit the number of CMs that will transfered to SSR so as not to reduce serivce at the other resorts. After sales, how can the CMs help members? How do I get a CM if I bought resale?

I think they were referring to cm's who work in the resort (front desk, housekeeping, etc), not salespeople/guides.

You will automatically be assigned a guide. I've never had to contact my guide since I bought (I've never added on). My original guide left and I assigned a new one. She called me once when they were selling BWV points last summer.

Substitute the word "salesperson" for "guide" -- that's the future function they will serve for you. You always have a guide assigned to you. A call will tell you who it is.
