I've been reading the posts concerning ever-changing park operating hours. Our trip is coming up soon, so this effects me, too. I was just trying to think about this from a CM's viewpoint....

I am a nurse (retired!!!) and for years I was responsible for staffing (schedules). Of course, a nursing unit has to be adequately (or should I say, "minimally" LOL) staffed 24/7, and the work hours are generally stable.

Some people were OK with last-minute changes, but mostly folks were comfortable knowing that they could plan a life around their work hours(again, LOL).

How is it with CM's when one day a park is set to close at 7pm, then changed to 9:30pm, then changed to ..............? (.....at least it seems that way from our point of view) And there is sometimes such short notice........

Just curious! (been there, done that, and don't care to do it again)

CMs get their schedule a week ahead of time. My daughter is on the College Program there and was working a closing shift on one of the days they extended the closing time. All CMs just stayed and worked.
