Cloth Diapering and Disney

If you cloth diaper, how did you handle diapering on your trip?

We are staying for 2 nights at the Buena Vista Palace, and I am not sure what to do.

We are driving from a short distance away, so I could transport dirty dipes if I had to.

It pretty much seems to come down to: do what you think is best. When this question has been asked in the past, the responses are split as some people use disposables when traveling and others continue to cloth diaper.

We used disposables when traveling. I used better ones (gel free, biodegradable
etc.) but still sposies. The way I look at it, it's my vacation and I don't want to be doing laundry, I don't want to be washing diapers in machines used by others, and I don't want to carry soiled diapers through the parks.

That's just me though.

You make very valid points.

Maybe we'll just use the Nature Baby Care sposies for daytime and her BG's for nighttime. At least that's a few less sposies in the trash.

We always did sposies during the day and our cloth dipes at night....

We also did disposables while on vacation. Sure it cost a little extra, but it was so much nicer than lugging around dirty diapers everywhere.

Ditto. I just didn't want deal with bulky dipes and carrying around dirties in the parks. So, we used sposies.

ITA! Unless your child is allergic to them, I would use sposies.

I have CD'ed on short trips and day trips to a theme park, but I don't think I would at WDW.

We usually stay at a place with washer/dryer (such as DVC or an off-site timeshare/condo), and during WDW trips we use sposies during the day and stick with cloth at night.

That's what we wanted to do, but then I got to thinking about having to transport poopy diapers back on the plane. I just didn't know what to do.

Sposies here too. But we're flying cross country, so that's another part I would just prefer to be able to "change and toss" during.
