Just now catching up in this thread since I am about to jump back in! What is the current ROFR time?

looks to be about 24ish days on average…I’m on day 23 lol

No i didnt give the contract number, I did give the date of deed recorded and my name, they were able to look me up probably by my name and email

Oh I gave the name of the resort and broker and title company as well

I initially gave my name, date deed was recorded and membership number this new resale contract is being added to. I received a response email asking for the contract number. Then they responded with the date they received the info from the title company and that turnaround time is 3-5
weeks.


Incidentally, points showed up today in my existing membership.

ETA- I gave the new resort name and resort name of my existing membership

Glad you got your points! How many days since your deed recorded until point in account? I don't really want to bug them if I'm jumping the gun. It's day 17 for me. I guess I'm just worried because the initial paperwork had problems and then the seller was slow to sign. So, I'm kind of waiting for another issue to happen.

Title company told me they sent everything June 5th. MS said they received it June 6th. So, just shy of 3 weeks. I don’t know if my email to MS prompted them to move my contract along quicker.

Call MS and mention this to them…sometimes, if they know a guest as an upcoming trip in less than 60 days, they can sometimes contact the bsck office that loads them to see if they have the info fr MA and can speed it up.

I'm glad I stayed strong and didn't email. When I was checking my account today, I saw the notification that my contract was finalized. A few minutes later, the points were loaded.

Now comes the really hard part of waiting for my booking windows to open up. I want to book something right now.

I saw the points in my membership summary on the dashboard. And I can’t get accustomed to the layout. This is the first time I added a different resort to an existing membership. My initial resort shows up with points for both resorts. I have to click on the manage points link to see the breakdown.

Yep, even though everyone focuses on same UY, things can get confusing with one membership and different contracts too.

WOW I never click that thing anymore, but now I will. Maybe the sit upgrades actually did something worthwhile.
