One more question, did you give the contract number, date of the deed recorded or ??? Just wondering how much information I need to give in order to get a real answer.
I initially gave my name, date deed was recorded and membership number this new resale contract is being added to. I received a response email asking for the contract number. Then they responded with the date they received the info from the title company and that turnaround time is 3-5
weeks.
Incidentally, points showed up today in my existing membership.

Glad you got your points! How many days since your deed recorded until point in account? I don't really want to bug them if I'm jumping the gun. It's day 17 for me. I guess I'm just worried because the initial paperwork had problems and then the seller was slow to sign. So, I'm kind of waiting for another issue to happen.

Title company told me they sent everything June 5th. MS said they received it June 6th. So, just shy of 3 weeks. I don’t know if my email to MS prompted them to move my contract along quicker.
Day 16 has ended for me with no points, sad! This thread is keeping me occupied while I wait lol.
For existing members: Did you receive an email or points just magically appeared when you refreshed your dashboard?
I need these points to book a missing night on an upcoming August trip so I’m medium-stressing as I watch availability dwindle further and further. Already gonna be a split stay and the trip is only three nights so bleh.
