Wow. I know there's been some slowness on the sellers' side recently on some of these, but a month and a half is beyond the pale. I hope the rest goes as smoothly as it can right now.

I understand completely, 30 days should never happen either unless there are legitimate extenuating circumstances. Maybe there are in a good number of these situations, as you'd think they'd want to get their money every bit as much as we want to get our points. But that is a long time to wait for a process that seems to only take a day or two in most cases.

I really think they saw how prices increased on the Poly contracts and were hoping if they didn't meet the first closing date that I would back out and they could make more money. Fingers crossed its smooth sailing from here on out.
