The seller finally signed the closing docs last Friday thank goodness. Should be 48 hours to closing then I'm just waiting on Disney.

That's soooo painful, I'm sorry you had to deal with that Seller. When I sold a contract recently, I had my notarized documents at Escrow before ROFR cleared. Not all Sellers torture the Buyers

"Disney has been notified of the change of ownership. Please allow Disney 4-6 weeks to complete the transfer. The points can take 4-6 weeks to show in your account upon completion of the transfer."

Am I really looking at 8-12 weeks after closing to see the points?

probably 3 to 4 weeks total based on my recent experience. My points showed up the day after I got my emails from DVC as a new member. The new member emails took almost three weeks though.

My contract closed and the docs were recorded on 5/29. The membership is now showing on my account, but with 0 points. I suspect nothing will change today as its Juneteenth, but it is so close.

Anyone have any updates for emails after recording? I’m losing it over here. I had a dream DVC called me and said I was not allowed to purchase from them. Then some black suits arrived at my door and told me I could buy if I drive to California and give them a check written by someone else not me they would let it slide by.

I don't have any helpful information to share. Just chiming in to say this is hilarious. I can totally empathize with you, based on my mental state waiting for our past resale contracts to load! Sending all the positive vibes that you get your points soon.
