You need to wait for the second email. It will be coming soon. Usually there's a 60-120 minute lag between emails.

How we wait for resale contracts may have changed, but the long waiting sure has not!

We are currently waiting on two contracts. One closed on April 5 and another closed on April 11. Neither have made it made it to my Dashboard yet. (16 days and 11 days)

I too am 11 days out. This has been the hardest wait so far as its so close to the end and to being real. These threads have been fantastic for helping to understand the process and establish timelines.

Ours recorded on Wednesday and we are also attempting to book an October trip. SIGH! The wait is going to be excruciating. Hope yours comes quickly!

Mine came through at the 11 day mark. That’s what I meant the other day that I was tracking your progress as were on about the same trajectory! Fingers crossed yours is today or pretty soon!

And I have the points!!! Though I missed that the seller oddly banked the 2022 points way ahead of the cutoff. I do have 2021’s full allocation though so it’s not a biggie.

We are 21 days out from passing ROFR. Our broker emailed this AM asking for the last four digits of our SS numbers on behalf of the escrow company. Please tell me we are closer to receiving our closing docs.
