For those who are current direct owners and added on, where exactly is it you saw your new contract show up first? Is it on the dashboard or is it when you click my profile and than member info? Just curious where I should be expecting to see it. I ask because people state the contract shows first and than they’ve been calling to get the points to show so I was just wondering is the dashboard gonna show the photo of the resort and all the years listed where the points will be, or is it just going to be the resort name and contract number under member info. Thanks!

I am sure this has been asked a thousand times so forgive me.

I just got my email with the activation code - yay!!!! Finally!!!! But I can’t follow along with instructions. I need some help!

I followed the link and the first question on the page is “are you a DVC member”. I don’t have the Club ID. I’m assuming I need to create an account. I can’t see anywhere to do that. I was able to login using MDE credentials. It shows me logged in as “David”. When I click on the DVC tab I get presented with the same page over and over.

If I check “No” to are you a DVC member it takes me to the main landing page and I can’t see anywhere to create a DVC account. Or get my ClubID.

What am I doing wrong?
