So I'm staying for 8 days/ 7 nights starting next Monday (3/2) in a club level room at GF. How much does a length of stay mug cost.
We are staying at POP and wondering if anyone has pics of the refillable mugs? Are mugs exclusive of resort?
Thanks in advance?

At All Star Sports, the machines are in the food court, so "far away" would depend on where your room is. You can't refill the mugs in the parks, but what some people do is transfer their soda from a meal into them so that they can more easily take the drink to go.
Here now at POR and not on dining plan. I did buy a refillable mug for just coffee or Iced tea and notice it is not hooked up to tracking system. Would never try to cheat, but wonder if those items are, gasp gasp complimentary as in most hotels?? If so i could have saved $20
We are staying at two different resorts, 4 days at POR and then 4 days at CBR. If we buy mugs at POR and pay the max rate 14 days, will they work at CBR without paying again.
Yup.
No linking needed. Anyone can buy a resort mug. You do not even need to be an onsite guest. But I only think if your reservations are linked, and then I would still double-check at CBR's food court once you check-in. Always tricky with computers...

But they usually are only good at the resort they are purchased at...or more correctly, where they are activited. Yes, someone outside could buy a 14-day mug at POP and come in to fill it up at POP for 14 days, but...unless they've changed it in the past year...you can't use it to fill up at another resort; hence, the need to make sure your chip is reauthorized at the other resort. I can't imagine Disney allowing a loophole for split-stay guests to fill up at both resorts for the length of their duration; though could be wrong.
Thanks, and good to know, hadn't ever tried it, but thought they were only good for your "home" resort as they were prior to chipping mugs. Next you'll be telling me we can pool-hop!
