Closed: Points For Rent: Bay Lake Tower

I have Bay Lake Tower points that I will not be able to use for 2009 - 2010. My points are good until November 2010. I would be willing to make reservations for someone on March 1st especially if you are looking for a busy date such as New Years or the Holidays.

I require 25% deposit once the reservation has been made in your name and the balance is due 90 days before your arrival date. I charge $12 per point. I have references if you want them. I have been a DVC member since 1996.

I can handle a large reservation if you need it since I have a large amount of points. I am willing to do a transfer if you would prefer since I have not done one in the last 12 months. I would do a transfer for more than 300 points only. Also the terms would require full payment at the time of transfer.

My wife and I may be interested in 130 points for the Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary resorts, reservation to be the 1st week of October if that is at all possible. 1 bedroom resort. My question basic question is the Bay Lake Tower going to be open then?
