I have 32 banked points available for rental @ $8 per point, they cannot be transferred, sorry.

They need to be used by May 31st 2009.

I am happy to help with making Magical Express and Disney Dining Plan reservations.

If a booking is requested within 35 days of travel, payment will be requested in full before a booking is made.

I will gladly check on availability without cost, but will not proceed with a booking until payment has been made.

I have checked with member services and there is no availability for AKV for 22 to 24 february, sorry.

There is currently availability for 29 to 31 march at saratoga springs.

There is no availability for the beach club for 25 and 26 february either.

I am trying to be fair and take the requests on a first come, first served basis, so if the person that requested saratoga springs doesn't get back to me very soon, so I can book them one of the very limited studios available for those dates, then I will check on the other requests.

I am aware the beach club is booked everyone I stay at a hotel there which is about twice a month, they are always booked. What the DVC owner does is call member services a few times a day and eventually the rooms become available. This has always worked for me, of course you would have to have the time to call. Usuualy in the morning and afternoon are best times. Also they never have long periods of time available so I usually get at least one night and then the other is added. At least I don't have to make airlines res or need lots of days. Also in one call you can ask about availabilty for all hotels for everyone.

To continue, if you find a date you would have to book on the spot or it will be gone. In the past all the owners have called me and I gave them all my information so if they called they could book it before it is lost.

Kinghorse - I appreciate that other owners have called several times a day to try and get you a reservation, but unfortunately, I am unable to do that. I spent several hours today trying to get through to member services from the UK, to check on availability for everyone who had made a request.

I am unwilling to telephone people in the US to ask for details for bookings, especially with multiple people asking for a call, due to the cost. If anyone wants to send me an email or a PM with their preferences and booking details then I will gladly do all I can to make the reservation.
