Closed....how long till we can make ressies?

Hi all

We rec'd notice in the mail yesterday that our resale at OKW has closed. According to the notice...it will take several (3) weeks bfore our deed is recorded and we can make ressies. Is this correct? From reading the boards my impression is that it takes less time than that.

We're anxious as we want to make arrangements for this summer or fall.
