Thanks No Capes and Disney Dad for answering question about segway, even though they are the exact opposite experiences I'm leaning to FW because I want to do it on one of our no park days. Our AP expires our 2nd to last day. So I'm thinking of no park things for our last 2 days. 1 will be DTD.
The other will be a resort day, around WL, and hop the boat to CR and tour (shop/eat) around the other MK resorts. Dole Whip at Poly Lobster pasta at GF CS. 4th fl concourse at CR
4 more days!!

My Daughter has it down to hours, and has high hopes of a free upgrade to CL lol! I'm afraid she was very spoiled by BC CL last August!

KOOK, this thread is awesome! I can't believe I haven't been over here before. Our last WL stay was in 2009, before our youngest turned three and we became an official family of five. We need to consider a deluxe room for a return someday!

Look back about 20 pages, and about 15 pages, and about 10 pages...and you will see where I have changed my reservation from another resort back to the WL...well, I've done it again, at our "final hour" (we are at 180 days on Tuesday and need to do our ADR's, so need to have our resort set ) Well, my family ultimately decided that WL is where we need to be. We booked a woods view - bunk bed room!!! So, can I have back in the club??

Hi Sue! We're leaving from Seattle, so we won't be able to spend any time in Vancouver. But we love Vancouver (you may recall I mentioned our honeymoon in Whistler - that included a couple wonderful days in Vancouver.) We will absolutely be back - just in the winter instead of the fall rainy season. Although I must say that all the rain was in Whistler and the sun came out when we arrived in Vancouver! It's really an amazing city!

Have a great time at WL! Thinking about those quiet early mornings at the boat dock waiting for the boat to MK with my coffee and my four boys (that would include my husband!)

Yes, i do remember about Whistler!! We had a wonderful visit. Husband did the bobsled, lol.
Was just wondering if you were cruising from Vancouver. The summers here are beautiful too!

Looking forward to the boat to MK and the ducks Early morning they were always in the pool.
I'm going to try to get over to say hi to Teena. She is only working 1 day the week we are there

Thanks for all the "welcomes!" So many RCers in just the last two pages - pas, luv, KOOK, Sue, Grumpy Grandma (and for a little bit, Mousemommy too!)

So this morning, my husband poured my coffee in a 2009 refill mug that I hadn't used in a while. Got everyone talking about WL and how we'd outgrown it (we've been an official family of 5 for over two years now.) So I admitted that we've outgrown the bunk bed room, but not the deluxe room! Since we all love CL, the WL lobby is my husband's favorite lobby, and WL CL seating area overlooks the lobby, we're considering adding it onto our crazy multi-split next year! If we don't have enough time next year, we'll definitely throw it into the mix in the future. I just appreciate all the info about the deluxe room and CL - thanks!

Yup, exactly, early flight means we can have an evening in MK on arrival night! Flying from the west coast to east coast we loose 3 hrs! So I try for the earliest flight I can get
It was hard to sleep last night, lol I can only imagine what tonight will be like!

Well it's go day The 3 hr drive to Seattle. Hope the road conditions improve. Cold & icy early. I'm going to wait till after rush hr so maybe roads will be better by then, and no long border waits.
