I never really understood it all either and would often get confused when people talked about it .

When I first started researching BWI CL, I thought a BW view was automatic, but then realized it was just a request. If you don't mind me asking, is there a reason you have always changed from CL to a standard room? I have heard great things about CL there as well as the resort as a whole so hopefully one of these times we'll give it a try ;).

Thank you for the detailed description, it really helps me picture the way the lounge is and where the rooms are located :).

Waterview would be a nice view too :goodvibes.

It was always the DXDP winning out of over CL. Now that I have tried Cl. I will never go back to a dining plan. Dining plans are too much money anyway. It was a great deal 4 years ago, but not the case anymore. .

We are ditching the DDP next year too! :thumbsup2

I agree. When we first got the DDP, it was a great deal and even after they took the tip away, we still found it a deal for our family over paying OOP. We tried the DlxDDP in December 2010 and loved it!!! But with that said, the cost has just gotten too outrageous, especially for the deluxe plan :sad2:. We are contemplating getting APs for our next trip and getting the TiW card. After doing a price comparison, we come out better using the TiW card over either DDP. If we don't do APs, we will probably go with a CL room and pay OOP for meals in the future.

The TIW is a huge savings over the DXDP. You will be surprised how much less you spend on food. The best part is alcoholic drinks are included in the 20% discount.

I couldn't believe the savings when I did a price comparison. The 20% on food is great, but having alcoholic drinks included in that 20% is just an added perk :thumbsup2.

We're going to pick up a TIW card for our April trip. Good to hear that it sounds like it's worth it! :cool1:

Even with a cost of $75 (I think that's what the TiW costs), we have 2 older teens (boys) who can eat, so it won't take us long to break even before the savings start to kick in :thumbsup2.

We did DxDP last October and bought the TIW card for alcohol, then used the TIW for our March trip and we definitely LOVED TIW. No more dining plans for us. We liked the freedom of ordering what we felt like, eating appetizers instead of desserts and we saved WAY more money using TIW than we did using DxDP. You guys will love TIW!

Thanks.....now I really can't wait to get the TiW and use it :goodvibes.

This is just how we feel about TIW:thumbsup2. We like to eat dessert in the club level lounge, not with every lunch and dinner, so TIW allows us to only purchase what we want to eat and not feel obligated to get something we don't. Total flexibility!

Candace: I'm in the throes of getting ready to leave for our FL trip this week, so I think I'm late congratulating you on booking The Innkeeper's Club:yay:

Butterflygirl35: As others have posted: location, location, location!

KimRaye : Have a great trip.. Here's to lots of Pixie dust! :tinker:

So, I have read through all available information and have decided that I would like a room with an Epcot view (but not over the Epcot walkway), inside the secured doors, and not right next to the lounge.... :lmao:

Seems like a lot of requests...would I be best to just give that request to IPO and have them figure that one out, or is there a way to say that better? :rotfl:
