Do I dare go to sleep? Could I go to sleep? Haven't been able to sleep so far.

My flight leaves at 7:30 am but I have to shower and all that jazz and we have a 90 mile drive to Detroit for the flight. SO...we leave at 3:30 or so.

Wonder if I dare fall asleep?

The good part is that I will be in Orlando at 10:05am! YES!

I can't wait to meet some new friends and to see some old friends again.

I'm just a little excited :teeth:

I will be checking in soon :)

Maybe just a little catnap? Just a short one. Set the alarm to 'STUN' so you get up. ;)

Say hi, and give Jana a big hug for me. She is on a mission for me too, maybe you can help her out....

Have a great trip Kath, be safe. BTW we decided to spend the night by Metro this year instead of driving there before dawn.

Have a safe trip..:)

So many DISers in transit!

Have fun, Katholyn.....:D

Okay...so sometime after 1:30 I finally fell asleep. My husband woke me at 2:30 thank goodness because I never heard the alarm.

Just got out of the shower. AHHHHH, nothing like an hour's sleep, or almost an hour's sleep. I sort of wish I hadn't gone to sleep, I'm so groggy.

Nevertheless! I'm going to have fun.

Aahmom...next trip, I think I will stay at Metro too...what a wonderful idea...why didn't I think of that?

Have a safe trip Kath and think of me while you are having fun. :)

Have a fun and safe trip, Kath!

And somehow I don't think you'll have a problem sleeping on the plane. :teeth:

I wish all the residents of my city could read about how far people have to travel to get to an airport! Our state airport is in our city and people are constantly complaining about the noise, etc. What they fail to recognize is along with the convenience we have all the businesses, and tax-revenue that it brings. Most of the complaniners bought their houses LONG after the airport was established so they have no reason to be surprised at any of their "issues".

Before the days of increased security we could leave our house, go to the airport, and fly to Orlando....in about 4 hours!

Having said that.....hope your flight was great.....as I type this you should already be in Orlando!!!
