Hey, Debbie! Congrats on taking your decorations down. My tree is still up and decorated! I keep thinking it's gonna be this big ordeal and I keep procrastinating!

Also, I wish SOME of you would stop mentioning the word "cheesecake" in this thread. I've really been watching what I eat and exercising and coming here and seeing that word makes me have a tear. It's just not right!

Popping back in to say howdy! I still have up my Christmas decorations, is that a bad thing?

You realize it is now your civic duty to eat those brownies, right? It's the only humane thing to do---they're feeling unwanted & you MUST put them out of their misery.

Me too! But that is all about to change, shutting the door and paying attention to what is important...like putting the Christmas decorations away before the 4th of July!

And here I am thinking I was original. HA! BTW, is your neighbor lazy, or just has too much time on her hands? I mean, I'm hard pressed to get the tree up in time for Christmas! I can't imagine going that all-out for a Hallmark holiday!

I could hardly wait to get the tree down this year - it was gone the day after Christmas. Isn't that sad? It was so terribly dry and brittle that I worried about it. We even put water in every day - the quality of the trees just doesn't seem to be what it used to me.

That is sad.
I loved the smell and the look of it.
But now that I decorate Thanksgiving weekend it's early for a real tree so we have the pre-light ones.

Hey, that's a good idea! My ornaments are mostly Disney, so I could just put a big heart behind my Tink Tree Topper and like 10 hearts around the tree, and presto!* Instant Valentines Day decor.
