Okay, I should be happy about this. My son brought the brochure home from school yesterday, but said he does not want a class ring. I asked him why and he said he would not wear it. I reminded him that his sister and brother both had class rings, but he couldn't care less.
I think I have been successfully brainwashed because I cannot seem to get past the fact that he doesn't want a class ring, won't have a class ring and won't wear it even if he did get one. What is wrong with me?
He is saving me $$$ by not getting one.

He'll survive. I too never wanted one - never regretted my decision. Instead, my grandparents took me out and bought me an emerald ring that I just love to this day to celebrate the occasion. Do many people wear a classring beyond college? (not a snipe, I'm just curious)
it 'til it broke in half!!
