Yes...$14.00 before 6pm and $3.00 after except during special night time events like HHN. Then it's regular price until 10pm.

Pretty much but that's where the APs are great...no parking fees.

Unfortunately, getting there every other year makes APs impracticle. Too bad you can't buy a universal parking pass for the orlando area.

You can get dropped off for free. Our last vacation I dropped my neice and nephew off several times so they could go to the parks while I did other things with my wife. I have an AP and can park for free but the Guest Dropoff is more convenient than going into the garage.
