Extra evening hours

We are planning a trip the end of June this year. Is there any way to know what parks will have extra hours on which days? Are the extra hours usually less busy than during the day? Just trying to figure out a general plan for our days. Thank you.

Are you asking about paid After Hours events or, free Extended Evening Theme Park hours that are offered to guests staying at Walt Disney Deluxe resorts?

Last June, Extended Evening theme park hours were Mondays at Epcot and Wednesdays at Magic Kingdom. However, Disney has been mixing things up a bit this year, so there are no guarantees that those will be the days. Usually, there is no confirmation as to where the Extended Evening hours will be until they show up on the calendar on the MDE app 70 days ahead of time.

There are Disney After Hours tickets already on sale for June (and later) dates. While additional days can be added, I wouldn't expect it.

Late last summer, the extended evening hours were Epcot on Monday and AK on Wednesday.

At Epcot, we hopped in the Frozen line right after the fireworks then rode Guardians twice. That was all we had time for. The actual waits were about half of what was posted.

We skipped AK on Wednesday as that park is generally less crowded late in the day on a non EEH day.
