OK.. We're Diz vets, belong to DVC, go almost every year....

...but have never been to see 'Cirque'..

Any feedback (up, down, or otherwise) on seating, what the show is like, early or late show, how early to arrive, etc, would be most welcome.

We will be there in mid-June.

Thanks all.

DB.

Cirque is a must do! We avoided it at first due to the expense, but after seeing the show, all I can say is WOW!!!

We love Cirque. It's not a show you can easily describe, but try to think of a circus (with no animals), a gymnastics event (with no judges or scoring), a stage show (with no obvious plot), and an Extreme Stunt Show, all combined by incredible music, inspired lighting, and captivating, high-energy performers. You really must see it if you're able.

I would suggest purchasing tickets in advance for June, making sure you arrive at least 30 minutes early (the preshow can't really be called a PRE-show. It's a must see!). All seats are excellent seats, though obviuosly the center row is always a favorite. Don't sit too close if you can help it. Mid-way, mid section is always going to be the 'prime' location. Either show will be equally fabulous, so plan according to your needs.

I have never seen the show in person but I have the DVD. and WOW is all I can say. Cant wait to see it in person!

As far as seating goes, it doesn't really matter if you are near the front or way in the back as long as you are in the middle. If you end up way right or left of the stage, you will miss a lot of the effect of the staging and performance.
Also, hopefully you've seen the Lion King show at AK or Tarzan Rocks. There are portions of these shows that crossover to Cirque but on a much larger scale. If you like these two shows you will love Cirque. The only warning I'll give is that Cirque is artsy. I love that but some people don't. The amazing performances should push that to the background but it's best to know going it.

It is the most amazing stage show performance that you will ever see in your life.

As always with these kind of things my opinion is go , go , go!!!

I can't speak personally for La Nouba, but I've never been disappointed with a CDS show. I was able to catch Varekai when they came through Pittsburgh back in April or May and I've also seen "O" at the Bellagioand Mystere at Treasure Island and all 3 were spectacular.

We're heading down to the house of the mouse in 12 days and will definately be seeing La Nouba.

Speaking of... I need to go order tickets. Thanks for reminding me!

We love Cirque. We have been twice in three years. We took my 84 yo mom to it last month and she said it was her favorite part of the trip.
