Tuesday- 3 mile WATP and 100 crunches

Wednesday- 40 minute walk and Firm Body Sculpt (OUCH)

I've been doing a pretty good job of staying on top of exercising and I have also been pretty good about eating smaller portions but more frequently throughout the day and making sure the day time snacks are low or zero points.
 
Thursday- 4 mile WATP

Friday- 2 mile WATP

Sunday- Walking for an hour

Stayed off the scale again this week but I'll be back on next week to see if there are any changes.
 
Cindy, have you gotten back on the scale yet?? You seem to be doing so well with your exercise - I'm sure that scale will be moving downward in response!! ::yes::

I'm still on Lisa's stay off the scale challenge, but I can finally weigh on Thursday. The only reason I could stay off for a whole month was that I wasn't eating on plan or exercising and I was AFRAID of what the scale would say! :p

I haven't been on the scale yet. Maybe this week. I didn't exercise last week. My husband worked from home due to the DNC so I was busy trying to keep our 3 year old busy and I just didn't have it in me at night to exercise. The last exercise I did was Sunday 7/25 which was an hour or so walk.

I got back on track yesterday doing the 3 mile watp, 100 crunches and arm weights. I did the 2 mile watp today along with 100 crunches and arm work. I wanted to do the 3 or 4 mile but it was too hot in here, even with the ac.

I haven't been over eating but I have been making some pretty poor choices :rolleyes: and I don't know why. I restocked the fridge with salad stuff and make sure I take vitamins and plenty of water each day. Hopefully I'll get beyond this wall I've hit. :sunny:
 

Wed- 3 mile watp and arm wrok

Thurs- 4 mile watp and arm work

Friday- 2 mile

I've been doing better with food choices. I will do weigh in and measuring next Friday 8/13.
 
I did 5 miles of WATP and arm weights. I was only planning on doing the 4 mile but my mother stopped by when I was over a mile into it so I just started from the beginning when she left. Weigh in will be Friday!
 
I wasn't able to get any exercise in on Tuesday, too busy. I did the 4 mile WATP and arm weights on Wed. and Thurs.

I haven't been keeping on top of journaling but my exercise for the past week was:

Fri 8/13 2 mile watp/arm weights
Monday 8/16 3 mile watp/arm weights
Tues 8/17 FIRM Body Sculpt

I plan on exercising today, I'm just not sure what I'll do yet, busy day ahead.

Well today starts a new week and a new way of doing things. I am going to start writing down all my points again and I plan on officially rejoining WW. Most of my materials are outdated and I want to do this right!

I think my body has gotten used to the moves in WATP. I'm going to do FIRM this week and I've ordered Abs/Pilates/Yoga dvd set that I'm really excited to try. I'm also debating on whether or not I want to try the new WW Core program.

I've done my 100 crunches today and I want to do a FIRM tape, just not sure which one yet.

Today turned out to be pretty busy and we are going to see the Wiggles in RI so I chose not to do the firm tapes b/c they take just under an hour to complete. So, I did the 2 mile WATP, arm weights and 100 crunches.
 
I decided to rejoin WW officially but I didn't want to do online or go to meetings so I ordered the at home kit last Tuesday and I am eagerly awaiting it's arrival. I have been successful with with adding more vegetables to my diet and eating low fat or no fat products. I've also been drinking plenty of water and I've replaced Pepsi with Diet Sprite when I need that fizz.

I tried my new Pilates dvd for the first time today and I liked it. :sunny:
 
I ordered the WW home program and it arrived on Tuesday. I have been reading the materials the past few days and alternating the past 3 days between CORE and points to see which plan I like better. I might be sticking with points but I haven't decided yet.

I also ordered 2 new dvds and one arrived yesterday. I think my body was getting too used to the WATP so I wanted to try something new. We don't have big plans for the holiday weekend which is great b/c I won't have to worry about points!
 
Cindy, glad to hear you're changing up your exercise routine! Our bodies definitely get used to doing the same old moves and they become less effective, so you're on the right track! I love my Pilates - great combination of stretching and ab-work! I haven't done it in ages, though - maybe it's time for me to revisit it! Thanks for the inspiration!
 
On Tuesday I tried TammiLee Webb's I want that body for the first time and I thought it was great. I liked the ab section of this dvd better than the FIRM's Ab dvd.

On Thursday I tried FIRM Calorie Killer for the first time. OMG, what a workout. I couldn't finish the dvd! I was soaked with sweat half way thru but I'm gonna give it another shot on Saturday.


I've been experimenting with CORE and points and I think I might stick with points. I'm going to start tracking the points strictly (again) tomorrow. I was thinking of switching weigh in to Monday but I think I'll keep it at Friday.

Doreen, I enjoyed the pilates too. Did you try it again? :sunny:
 
I went walking for 45 minutes on Monday (1.7 miles) and did Pilates and 100 sit ups on Tuesday. :sunny:
 
I went for a 2.2 mile walk today. I'm going to try to mix up the exercise so I"m not doing the same thing each day.

I haven't weighed in since Aug 26 so I decided to give it a try today and I was down only 2 pounds from 8/26. I'm happy there was a loss but I was hoping for a little more.
 
I did Tamilee Webb's I want that body and boy, can I feel it in my arms and abs! Points went well today.

I went for a 1.7 mile walk today but I went a bit over on points. Thankfully there are flex points! ;)
 
Monday 9/20 I went for a 2.2 mile walk.

Tuesday 9/21 I did Tami Lee Webb's I want those abs.

Wednesday 9/22 I went for a 2.7 mile walk.

Thursday 9/23 I did Tami Lee Webb's I want that body.


Monday 9/27 went for a 3.5 mile walk.

Tues 9/28 I did I want those Abs workout.

Friday 10/1 3.5 mile walk
 
I went for a 3.3 mile walk. The WW points systems seems to be going ok for me. I've stayed away from the scale again. I'll weigh in either this week or next week.
