The last weigh in I recored was on September 15. I stepped on the scale today. Since 9/15, I have gained 2.2 pounds (9/15-11/30). I've really slacked big timr on exercise and points. I'm quite surprised I've only gained 2.2 pounds (not that I'm happy about it but it could have been worse!).
I'm attempting, yet again, to get back on the right track.
