I've been doing great with points since I started back with WW on Wednesday, I hope it will show in this week's weigh in! I did WATP last week but realized how bored I was with it and I figure I have to work back up to FIRM so I ordered WATP Walk and Kick and WATP Walk and Jog. I can't wait to try them. :banana:

I've got the WATP Walk & Jog!! I like the fact that I can vary the intensity of it so that I don't get bored & can get a decent workout...hope you like it!!
 
Hi Tracy! I did the walk and kick today and I liked it, I think I'll try the walk and jog tomorrow. I'm glad to hear you liked it!

Last night was my 2nd weigh in (first since joining last week/being back on points) and I lost 4.2 lbs! I know the loss won't be that big each week but it was a good motivator!
 
My points are still going great and I did the WATP Walk and Jog today and some arm weights. This weekend might be a bit of a challenge but I have all of my 35 flex points in case I need to dip into them.
 

I went for a 2.2 mile walk and it was great to get outside and walk again after such a long winter! :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:
 
Today I did WATP Walk & Kick along with arm weights. The weekend wasn't as bad as I thought it would be when it came to points and today is going great so far. Tomorrow night is weigh in and I'm anxious to see what the results will be.
 
I was down 2 lbs. to bring my total loss since March 9th to 6.2 lbs. I'm happy with the 2 lbs. loss, but I was thinking it would be a little more since I exercised this week. However, I'm not complaining! :cool1:

It's going to be a trying weekend. We are going to the Outback Thursday night for a birthday celebration for a relative and Sunday is my birthday and Easter so I hope I don't blow it this week!

Today is going well with points and I did the 3 mile WATP and arm weights.

This weekend seemed to be tough for everyone!!

Hi Tracy, thanks for stopping by!

Yesterday was a good day. I didn't use my activity points and I had 1.5 of my daily allowance left over. I know you are supposed to use them all but I didn't want them yesterday.

Today I did the WATP Walk and Kick, 100 sit ups and arm weights. I'm still nervous about weight in tomorrow night but it will be motivation for next week!
 
I went for a 1.8 mile walk today. I had weigh in and lost .4 lbs. It's not much but I'm happy considering I was expecting a gain b/c I had 3 bad points days this past week. I hope to do much better this week.
 
I did WATP 3 mile express this morning in addition to some arm weights. Points are going well and this next week doesn't have much going on so there shouldn't be too many "extra" temptations this week.

I had an ok weekend points wise and there's only 2 days until this week's weigh in and I'm curious to see how I did this week.
 
Points are going great so far this week. This morning I did the walk and kick dvd and arm weights. One day until this week's weigh in.
 
I'm down 2.8 this week. :banana: :banana: This weekend is probably going to be a trainwreck point wise b/c I'm going away for the weekend but I'll do the best I can.

Next week I'm switching my weigh day from Wednesday night to Saturday mornings. I don't like waiting for WW all day on Wednesdays (meetings not until 6:30pm). Hopefully I'll feel better on weight day b/c I won't be waiting until after dinner to weigh in!
 
I did arm weights and 3 mile watp this morning. Points are on target so far and I have the rest of the day planned out!
 
This morning I did arm weights and 3 mile WATP Express. Points were great yesterday but Friday - Sunday were a bust b/c I was away and ate out all weekend. I have the day planned out for the day so if I stick to them I'll be in good shape.

This week I'm going to switch weigh in/WW meetings from Wednesday nights to Saturday mornings, I think that time will work better for me.
 
I did the 3 mile WATP express and arm weights this morning. Points didn't go too well this week and I haven't exercised as much as I planned to. I will find out the damage on Saturday morning at weigh in but I will be following the points and exercise from today on (hopefully not hitting too many bumps along the way! ).
