Last week weigh in was good b/c I was down 1.8.
This week's weigh in was this morning and I'm down 2 lbs from last week for a total of 15.8 since March 9, 2005. I was honestly expecting no loss or even a gain this week b/c I barely exercised and slacked off on journaling my points. I've also started drinking a lot of Pepsi this past week which is a major downfall of mine but somehow it all worked out. However, it will be back to exercising this week and journaling everything. Today I did the 3 mile watp express and I'm staying within points today but went a bit off track Tues & Wed. We'll see how it goes on Saturday at weigh in.
Well today I did the walk and jog dvd with arm weights. I've had a cold most of the week but figured I have to get off my butt. I'm not sure how weigh in will go tomorrow. The weeks I think I did well I lose a little, the weeks I think I did poorly I seem to lose more so I'm curious to see tomorrow's results. I think I did ok this week, I could have done better but I also could have definitely done worse!
I did 2 mile watp express and arm weights this morning. Also, as I was journaling my breakfast I realized I have moved into the next point range so I "lose" 2 points per day. I have been going by my previous points range since weigh in on Sat. but never realized I have to change.
I usually weigh in on Saturdays but I had to go a day early on Friday b/c we went away for the weekend. I was up .6 lbs.
We were away from Friday to Monday and I didn't do a great job of staying on track at all over the weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to do better this week.
I knew this weigh in wasn't going to be good. We went away last week and we ate out almost every meal and I tried funnel cake and kennel corn for the first time but they were good .
The damage was that I was up 1.8 at weigh in but it was my own fault. I'm looking forward to a loss this week so it's back to exercise and points again.

Monday June 27
I did the 2 mile watp express and arm work. Back on track with points.
Today I did the walk and kick dve and upper body work. Points have been ok this week. I slipped a couple of times but I'm doing MUCH better than last week. Two days until weigh in .
