After 3 days of trying...we finally got through for 11/28 at 9:30a. My 23yr DD is going to suprise her 8yr DN with a special day at the castle w/ the princesses!!! Keep trying no matter what!! You never know what can happen, we had just about given up and we got it!!

Okay, I'm late to the game here, but HELP! When I call the reservation number it asks for your home phone number or hotel reservation number. How are you all getting around that? Should I be lying and pushing the #1 option for people who are looking to make a reservation for that week (instead of the 90 days in the future that I need them)? Is that how you all are getting in the line of callers faster? This thread is too darn long to read the whole thing !

are you using the 800 number or the 407-WDW-DINE? It has been my experience that if you are using the 800 it is going to ask you your phone number or reservation number every time. If you are using the 407 number you have to press 1 after the initial message comes on that you have reached disney dining, then wait a couple of seconds and hit 1 again, bypassing the next question. It worked for me this morning.

Yep! And if it ever asks you "If you have visited WDW before" press 2 for No. It's just marketing and doesn't really matter for your call. Also, you don't have to put in your real phone number. Put in 222 222 2222 or any random numbers. It doesn't matter.

Thanks for your help! I'll be trying for a reservation tomorrow. Won't ruin the trip if we don't get it, but it sure would make it that much more magical if we do !

I'll be trying for PS at CRT in 2 days and I think I know what to do, for the most part. But I have a ? about early time slots. Do they have reservation times for when the park is open for EE? And since we're staying off site, will we be able to get in for the ressies (if I happen to get them)? Or will I have to make sure that my times are after the EE times? I hope that all made sense. Thanks!

Important question for the Cinderella's Table experts! When calling, if you get put on hold do you stay on hold or hang up and try again? If you get put on hold is your chance zilch of getting to talk to someone and getting your reservation? TIA!!

PS: Will they let the same family get two priority seatings for the same morning, if say my husband is trying and gets through also? I won't know if he was successful and he won't know if I am while we're both trying in different places!

Is this not the worst luck... I did as exactly as you guys said. I had a CRT PS and was giving my card no. as I got disconnected! I was using both my cell and land line. My cell got in first. I went to get my card out and poof. I'll have the card out and ready tomorrow. I'm on hold now but it's all over. I'll try for tomorrow. Thanks for the tips. We're so excited.

Thanks for all the tips everyone. Got our ressie this morning for 8:05 on DS's Birthday. He really wanted to eat in the castle first thing for his birthday. We had 2 cell phones and the house phone calling the WDW-DINE number. Got through after calling since 6:55 AM (5:55 our time). Thanks for the 1....1 tip. This worked great for me. I got a wonderful CM who booked me right away (much better than last year). Good luck to everyone else trying to book this breakfast.

OMG! I got through within a minute of 7 am!! And I was actually gonna sleep in and not try! I was able to get an 8:10 reservation for my family of six ! I had my land line and my cell phone dialing. I only wish that they had the schedules for NOV or DEC available so I would know how late the park is open that day. This is so exciting! !

DH and I, calling cell phone and house phone. We BOTH got it! He got 8:15 and I got 8:30, so he hung up, and my CM said we were both probably the CMs first calls....she asked if I wanted later, and I ended up with 10 a.m.!

I've decided to switch my days around a bit and give up early entry into the parks for 2 days so I don't have to keep calling and messing with it, I don't care, we're in, and we're not the most EE of families anyway.

We did the synchronizing of the clock and everything, BTW, and the 1-1....didn't mess around, and it really, really worked!

Woohoo, we're eating with Cinderella! I'm not telling DD, I'm going to surprise her!

I guess I'll scratch the dinner at CRT that I was going to book the night of MVMCP if I didn't get the breakfast, and go to Ohana's instead.....

Now that I've got my reservation secured I'm wondering how hard it is to get to the Castle that early (8:10)? It will be me, dh, our 2yr old and 4 yr old daughters as well as 9 month old twins ! We are staying off property at a rental home, so will be driving to the park. Oh boy will we be getting up super early! It might just be one of those days where we make it back for a mid-day nap!

Now I have the dumbest question of the day. I was thinking the reservation I made this morning was for the 30th of November, but now that I am more awake I think it must really be for the 29th? I'm a day off, aren't I? I didn't write down the date when I called, just the time and reservation number. Uh oh !

Made a reservation this morning for my sister-she doesn't have a credit card (long story)-and they told me I had to be there and show a photo ID. We've done this before without any problem-will they really require that she have a photo ID?

Yes, we will be there that whole week. I thought I was calling for a Tuesday reservation, though! Doy! I guess I need to call again tomorrow. I think Monday is one of the busiest weekdays at the park and I don't want to be there then if I can help it. That's what I get for not paying attention !

After reading these posts I'm about to cry . . . or hyperventilate. We're scheduled to go the week of Labor Day (currently pending, due to FRANCES) and I got ALL my PS the first try, I'm so scared of having to reschedule ANY of them . . . but I'm confused about printing a copy of all my PS to carry with us. A guide book referred me to the WDW website, however, I can't for the life of me find a link to do this . Can anyone help?? And maybe if all of us in the US take a deep breath and blow really hard, Frances will turn!! I'm really grasping at straws, here, people! I have a dd4 , first trip, who will be severely disappointed . . . Thanks for any help!
