Can you use 1-800 numbers? I have a 1-800 number that I use as I live in Canada, it seems to put me right through every time. I could pass the number along for you to try if you like.

Sounds like you're in the same boat as I am. I already have the dinner shows booked, but I will be calling Disney daily for the next couple of weeks to book the rest!

Thanks for the offer. We have all our PS's now. First was Cindys but a few weeks later I rang for Chef Mickeys and Boma, and was lucky enough to get the times and dates we wanted.

I just called (1:00 pm FL time) to try it out, and see if I could get a ressie for Cinderella's on Mother's Day. I was thinking there would be no way, but I got through right away, and there was a spot available for 2 at 8:05 am--how lucky can I be!!! Now the question is, do I really want that day (we arrive the night before at 9:00 pm), or do I call for a different day? Well, at least we're in for sure!! YIPPEE!!

I did the same as you at first. Kept that ressie until I managed to bag one on the actual day I wanted. Like you say...you're in! What a way to start a holiday if you do end up sticking with it!

NEED to CANCEL CRT 2/15 and 2/16

I need to cancel my CRT reservations for this Sunday (2/15) and Monday (2/16.) Both are for ten people. The Sunday reservation is for 8:25 and the Monday is for 9:15. I would love for someone on the DIS to snag these. Please PM me if interested and maybe we can set up a mutually convenient time for me to cancel and you to call so as to increase the odds!

Bummed out...sitting here on hold at 7:09am...AND I had started calling at 6:52am! I was disconnected during the changeover from "our office is closed...". Hoping for a miracle...still on hold at 7:12am...going nuts, still on hold at 7:17am...answered at 7:18am and both the Storybook and Cindy's breakfast were sold out. Boo...hiss. Sandie

Yesterday my luck changed, and I was able to get through to make our Cindy's Breakfast PS. I did the same thing as earlier, and I got through to a CM at 0658. Sorry I was so discouraged in the earlier post. Sandie B

Yea Sandy!! I'm so happy for you. We are hoping to get a PS on our next trip. We haven't been able to for the last two, but my girls still don't know it's an option and have never been disappointed.
You will have to tell us all about it.

Wow, after reading all these I feel very lucky. I came here looking for tips as I don't like the time I got for breakfast at Cindys.
My DD is 3, and this will be her fourth (yes fourth) trip to Disney already. She loves the princesses. Last year we did the princess storybook breakfast and it was a blast. But in all our times at disney we have never had breakfast at the castle. And yes, we were undecided on when we were going until we can see if we can get a reservation. So I called last night (ok crazy thinking I guess) and just say, "what do you have open" and well, its impossible for the operator to tell you unless they go and check everydate! She advises calling first thing. Dummy me didn't realize that you didn't call the 407-wdisney number!!!!! So thats the number I used. Got through immediatly, no holding. But by time I did get through (from pushing all the options) it was already 7:03 (gasp!). But I got a 9:40 seating for the 17th of May. So what do you advise? Trying for an earlier time? Or just be gratefull we got that? LOL Also, when I called last night I was still able to get a seating for the 16th at the storybook breakfast at 8:40. We may do both..hehe

For anyone intersted I JUST cancelled my PS for the 17th of May at 9:40.

Called the correct number today from 6:58 on, finally opened the lines at 6:59 and the earliest I got was 9:05...who cares though, I got it! I can't believe all the ones before were gone already!!!! This is insane. I didn't try this hard for bruce springsteen tickets!

I have Been to both, the Story Book Breakfast and Cindy's the only one you will not see at the story book is Cindy. Another one I liked was 1900 Park fair in the Grand Floridian Mary Poppins and Bert were there as well as Pooh and Co. And I belive Alice in wonderland.

Definitly call back and check for cancellations!! I just called and they told me there was a table open for the 18th (apparently someone had cancelled at 8:05)!! so I snatched it up and will be cancelling the 9:05 one. If anyone wants it, let me know as I'll wait to cancel it.

Thanks to this post I had no trouble getting a PS for CRT this a.m. I think knowing which prompts to push really saves time. I got through to the operator without even being put on hold. Thanks!
