Other people can comment but if you don't book Cindy's 90 days out at 6:58am EST through 7:10am EST no concierge is going to be able to get it for you. I have heard that CASH (like $50) at the desk will get you in.

Hi,

For those of you who have been unable to get ressies at CRT:

On two separate trips, I have gone to the check-in podium for CRT and asked if they had any available seating. Both times they told me to come back in 20 min and check. Both times we went back and we were able to get in.

Now keep in mind that this was before the started taking deposits so perhaps people are less likely to miss their ressie. But something to consider as you walk past the ressie desk on your way to Fantasyland.

1-16 We were at MK in the morning enjoying the autograph sessions and the view. Since we were walking towards the castle and were both hungry I thought I'd stop and inquire about a reservation for two. We were immediately seated at a table for two against the window. A perfect spot! We enjoyed our breakfasts and filled up our autograph book with a few more hard to get autographs. It was a great way to start our first MK day of our vacation!

Walk up and ask for a reservation. It never hurts to try! If you have younger kids that wouldn't be able to handle a let down if the answer is no, have just one adult ask while the others are elsewhere.

Tony's is only open for breakfast as part of the new 'grand gatherings' features at WDW:

I GOT IT!!!

I tired yesterday to get cindy's breakfast but I called at 5 minutes after 7 and it was already full.

So today I started calling at 5 minute TO 7 and I even had the OFFICIAL TIME on my computer screen from that website..
At about 6:58 they let me through..

I got the girl, told her what I wanted and she said they had it.. But then the times starting disapearing. Luckily she got us a spot!!!

It wasn't really that hard to get as long as you call just as they are opening.

I can relax now.. All's I wanted was one breakfast at cindy's castle...

I have a reservation for Cindy's on April 27th at 8:10AM for 5 people, if someone is interested. I'm not sure how it work if I cancel it and you want to grab it. If somone know, please let us know.

When I've cancelled in the past and had others interested, we did it two ways. One person had the capability of conference calling and we were able to work things out that way. Downfall to this is that the person hears your personal information which you've got to give in order to cancel.

The second was a neighbor who was going at the same time and we experienced a bit more of a fiasco. In order to cancel, you get transferred to someone in group dining who has the authorization to cancel and put through a credit to your charge card. With my first attempt, i couldn't get through to group dining...was on hold a long time. Second attempt, I got right through. My neighbor, in the meantime, was on with a rep from WDW DINE who was looking for the cancelled reservation to pop up and snag it.

There is the possibility that someone else can be querying the system at the same time and get the cancellation, but the above methods are what worked for me.

I am probably way out of it, but I have had my travel agent (who said she could do all my PS reservations for me and not to worry!) trying to get me a PS for the Akershus Character breakfast. Well after waiting for over a month to hear from her, she now tells me that they aren't available for the week we are visiting in Feb. Is this really that difficult?? I haven't been with my kids before and we didn't know about the PS deal when my husband and I went 12 yrs. ago.

When can you check for cancelled reservations? I thought that the only place that was impossible to get was the Cinderella Castle!

Please help

topgumm, it seem's that the Princess Storybook Breakfast in Epcot is becoming just as popular. I to am going in February. I didn't know it untill just a few weeks ago. Not only Cindy's was all booked (of course) but so was the PSB. I have been calling once or twice a day for a couple of weeks and I now have PS's for BOTH!!! Cancellations do happen. Just keep trying to call. Persistance paid off for me.

I live in CA and I am curious with you trying twice a day, did you only try at the "un-godly" hour of 7 EST? Becuase if I have to do that, I may as well forget the whole thing! I am not excited about setting my alarm for 4am in the morning over and over again!! I have tried to find out the hours for this dining number but even the Disney site didn't seem to have them? Do you know when they close?

Hello everyone,

Today, Feb. 1, 2004, I called to reserve a table at CRT for May 1, 2004. Acutally, my trip isn't until July 23 - 30, but I wanted to test out the advice that has been given on this thread. Here are the results:

I started calling at 5:55 CT. At exactly 5:58 CT the lines opened and I was directed to a machine asking me several questions. I answered them quickly and was taken by 5:59 CT. The lady mentioned they had PS available for 8:05 but was going really fast. I played dumb and told her I would call back. I called back at 6:00 CT and was eventually put on hold for 20 minutes. By the time I was taken at 6:20 CT they were completely booked. I was incredibly astounded.

This was my first time ever calling and I got really lucky by getting through. I just pray I get this lucky when I call back in April for my real vacation.

I hope this helps those who have never called before!

You would only do this time at your ninty day mark, but since your trip is REAL SOON you just need to call at any time thru out the day. What you are hoping for is to luck upon a spot that someone else might have just called and cancelled.

Oh MAN!!! Ok - so up I get at 6:45 this am - I start calling at 6:55 - when I finally get through at 6:58 - I get a message saying that they are experiencing very high call volumes and that I should try later if I would like.

Ok - I'm persistant - so I navigate through the options - which are 1, 2, 1 and 1. (just FYI) only to hold for like 7 minutes with no luck - completely booked!! I've been there before!!

So - being that this is my fifth trip of trying this - I've enlisted the help of the concierge fairies!!! Please cross your fingers that this will help. Even still though... I'll be getting up every morning this week to try myself!!!

Which agency is this? I planned to let my travel agent take care of our PSB PS, but maybe I should take care of it myself.
