Just for those of you who may be wondering........YES, The effort you spend getting this reservation is SOOOOOO Worth It!!!!!!!!!!!!! We did CRT breakfast last Friday and it was GREAT!!! DD 5 1/2 was dressed as Cinderella and was so excited seeing Cinderella, SnowWhite, Belle, Aurora and Mary Poppins! All princesses were very sweet and accomodating with pictures, autographs, etc.....Then, down in the lobby area after breakfast was the Fairy Godmother (who could not have been any sweeter!) I have a picture of DD just staring out the window looking down at Fantasyland! It is priceless! I thought that the food was very good too. Loved the potato casserole! Don't give up on this one!!!!!!!

Wish us some Pixie dust. We will be waking up early tomorrow to call for ADR CRT for Jan 20th. We have 3 DD who love Cinderella. They were very disappointed last trip when we couldn't get a PS.

We got in first day with all the help from people here. We are going the some of the same time as you. We are going as a big party of 9 so we had to break up into 2 tables a lot. I just wanted to mention the option for you to help get the ressies you want if you have a bigger family.

Keith, if you REALLY want the reservation, I suggest that you do call everyday. It took me only 4 days to get the reservation I wanted (lunch). I actually got a breakfast reservation on my first day of calling. As you can see these reservations are very hard to come by! Good Luck !

FYI...Reservation made on Oct 18th for a Dec 20th lunch reservation! About 65 days out!

No luck this morning on the ADR at CRT. I got through at 6:58. The CM I talked to was very nice. She said to call back tomorrow morning at the same time and that more slots would be open which is the 90 day mark from when we want to go.

90 days in advance. Also if you are staying onsite they will allow you to make 10 days of reservations on that 90th day.

We did get an ADR for Jan 20th Thanks to all who have posted tips on how to get a ressie at CRT. I never would have known what to do with out you.

I haven't read all 177 pages of this thread, so pardon me if this is a repeat question, but...

Wouldn't it be nearly impossible to get a CRT ressie in the middle of your vacation? I mean, if I'm staying onsite and call 90+10, wouldn't all the ressies be already taken by the guests checking in before me? Am I explaining this right? Do you know what I mean?

What's the best strategy for this?

Which CRT meal would be better, a late breakfast, or an early lunch? I've had the breakfast and it was pretty good, but never had the lunch.

Her mother and I both called from 2 cell phones this morning. The reservationist said that call volume is down because of the hurricane.

Here's something I'd never heard before: Sundays are apparently a "slow" day for CRT. I had my pick of several available times for the Sunday of my stay (1/22). So if you're having trouble getting a particular day, you may try Sunday as a fall back.

Kanga1 I would reccomend you go to page 172 and read the advice given there. It won't hurt to call 90 days before you check in and having the CM check availability for your stay. You're right there might not be any ADRs available for CRT. That happened to me. The CM I talked to 90 days prior to our check in said they only let a small number of tables be booked at the 90 + 10 mark. You will probably need to call back 90 days prior to the date you want the ADR. Hope that helps. Good luck.

I made an ADR for lunch 90 days out for my trip the first week of January, but some people in my party now think breakfast might be better. SO, I called today to see if there were any breakfast times available for our stay and there were not, but the CM started reading me available lunch times. For January 3-8 pretty much every day there are at least five lunch times available from 12:25 to 2:00. I was pretty surprised there was still so much availability, and I just wanted to pass this along in case someone wanted to call and grab one of those time slots!

We'll be travelling to the world this January, and we've invited my sister and her DH and 2 DD's and my parents to come along. Since my nieces are such Cinderella fans, I decided to try to get a reservation so they can meet her! I called in and got connected on my second try at 6:59 (Thanks for the tips) and unfortunately found out that there weren't any reservations available for January 25th for either breakfast or lunch, and the reservations available on the 23rd and 26th were going to result in our group being split and no guarantee that we could sit together. Its a shame cause the times available were aweome - 8:05 each day and pretty kuch anything thereafer until 9). We're arriving on the 22nd, so calling today was within the 90 days plus 10 timeframe. I ended up making a reservation at the Princess Breakfast because they could make the reservation for all 10 of us.

Now for my question - is there any chance of us being able to get a reservation that will seat all 10 of us together? I plan on continuing to call back since from what I understand, more spots open up when its the actual 90 day window. Any suggestions?

I just called last night and got a res for lunch on Jan 1st I have been trying every day for the past week and nothing each day. Just keep calling and maybe something will open up!!!! Good luck!!!

I just got a res for Dec 7th. I havn't been on the ball with the 90 day reservations so when I first called they were full. I'm sure my daughter (6) will enjoy this.

Called in again this morning and got our first choice - Lunch at noon on the 25th. While they will have to split us into to groups since we have 10 people, the CM thought that there shouldnt be any trouble seating us together since it is the first seating for lunch that day.
