Cinderella's Royal Table & Hollywood and Vine reservations. Probably not worth the $ but what the heck!

The reservation site online and on the app was down this morning until 6:30 (big shock 🙄) but I was finally able to get on and make ressies for Cindy's. It looks like they are only doing lunch as the options only went to 2 or 2:30. It was still pre-pay and was $77.19. Tax and gratuity were included.

Hollywood and Vine character meal is also open to book and does not require pre-pay. They are doing lunch and dinner. You get a salad served family style and choice of entree and choice of dessert. Pricing said $35-59 so I'm going to assume it's $59.

Are they worth it? Probably not, but with reduced everything else I'm approaching this trip in a more relaxed way and taking time to do sit downs for a change. Cindy's is one of the few times I'm going to get to eat in the castle without awkward princess moments 😂 (I'm an adult solo traveler). Hollywood, while not known for their culinary expertise, is one of the few character opportunities right now. Nothing about this trip is going to be normal so why not do a few crazy meals this time. :)

Both the app and the website are still pretty glitchy right now. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor! ;)

EDIT: The website has been updated to include dinner now!

same experience here too - except the website had the "Sorry for the Paws" splash unti 6:29... then I went into the "waiting area"

$62 per adult. Only lunch was available 9/26. Dinner wasn't even an option to check for times. The menu page only had the lunch menu, not dinner.

I passed - I wanted dinner for that pricing.

I had to use the regular site and at 6:15 I was able to score Cindy's table for lunch at 12:50 for our early October Trip - there were still times available. We are only interested because my 6 year old wants to eat in the castle - so we will...

I checked this AM also and there were several reservations for our week-beginning Oct. But I agree with others...over $300 for lunch with no characters is just not worth it for our family as my two teenage girls won't eat anywhere close to $62 worth of food. With that said, OP, a single traveler who wants the experience of the castle is possibly worth it. No doubt it will be quieter than normal and, like you mentioned, no awkward character interaction haha!

The Hollywood and Vine option doesn't sound bad but I'm curious as to what the pricing is for it...

Got a Hollywood for October 22nd. But what I’ve finally decided I really want for character dinning is the one at riveria... and there aren’t any times available. I just wanna see Mickey... signed up for mouse dinning alert. Hope I can get a time.

App was glitchy at 3 am (I live in California) when res opened for our Nov 6 trip, but I got on at 3:01 and snagged 6 pm reservations. Then I went back to sleep like a normal person. When I woke up a few hours later, I started thinking about maybe getting in a little earlier - but the only time still available is 3:50 pm - no thanks.

I have applied the "what the heck" approach to multiple aspects of our trip. Honestly, after this year, it feels good to be able to do that a little bit!!! Probably won't feel quite so good when the bill comes ;)!

I'm so glad I came back and looked at this thread! Lunch was the only thing open when I checked this morning. Just looked again after someone mentioned dinner ressies and was able to get 6:50 p.m. on Oct 1st. That's more like it!! I was really hoping for dinner and as someone mentioned before, it was a little steep for lunch. $62 is more dinner pricing in my book. AND 6:50 is after park closing so I won't have to use up regular park time. I'm so happy! I LOVE these boards. You guys are so helpful!! 💖 💖 💖

I was interested in Cindy’s if the price dropped just to experience the castle. Prepaid, no price drop leaves me :rotfl2:

(That’s just me! Glad for others who are happy to get their reservations!)

I noticed you could book later times and even search for "dinner" as a time, BUT there is only one menu being used all day and they have it listed as "lunch" - so dinner "time" but lunch "menu"

I had 2 devices open at 3am PST and managed to get 6:20 for Hollywood. This morning I splurged on Cinderellas for a 6:35pm...DD is 14, so not interested in the princess but wanted to eat in the Castle. I'm going to make the best of the trip with what we have!!

Hmm. Coming from a pie lover, I am slightly intrigued with H&V now with this menu. 😁
I’ve eaten there several times, last not so great.
I will be watching for reviews.
Hoping for better experiences with it being family style!

I was able to book H&V for 6:40 pm for our early November trip. I'm still not sure of the cost so we may cancel once we get some reports back.
I'd have loved to do Cindy's but not at that price.

I got dinner reservations for Hollywood & Vine for my October trip. I'm so glad they will have characters and it will be Halloween themed! This is a small consolation for not having MNSSHP, which we would have attended.

I just booked Hollywood and Vine in October for my toddler who loves Minnie.

On the fence about Cinderella’s Table....my 16 Month Old will not care about it, but my husband and I might like it. I’ve always wanted to eat there, but stayed away when it was just my husband and I due to the character part...now I have a child and there are no characters 😂

I booked CRT lunch on 10/9 for two adult daughters and I. This is our mother/daughter trip. Youngest was working as seater at CRT on DCP when Covid closed the park. She is real excited to eat here and hopefully see some of the CMs she worked with. This will be our extravagance.

If they'd dropped the price to $50 per adult for Cinderella's Royal Table, I'd consider it but at $62, it's still too expensive for me.

I did get a reservation for Hollywood & Vine @ 330 but hoping for a different time later. Of course, depending on the menu - could possibly cancel.
