cinderella meal advice for a first timer?

i blew it, booked a surprise trip for the family of 5 (2 adults and a 7,4,1)
but i cant seem to get my 4 yr old daughter to a cinderella meal
i am resorting to splitting up and sending my wife in with her
so they are only a party of 2 at the park fare.
that means i miss it, AND (shiver) i got the two boys (including the 1 year old that is closer to the bad stitch than the good one) at the liberty tree.
is there any suggestions how to beat the cinderella system?
or should i just skip it?
keep in mind my 4yr old (unbeknownst to me until this week)
is going as cillerenda for halloween (her pronunciation)

16 days and i cant wait

I would keep calling for cancellations. The deadline to cancel CRT is 2 days ahead without losing deposit I believe, so I would definately keep trying.
