Christmas Decorations

Hello!

Ok a few part question

a) how long do rides /attractions normally close for christmas decorations to be put in (and in the case of country bear jamboree, to refurb the place and redo the theme to the christmas show)

b) do they close down for a length of time

c) at what point does disney usually officially have the christmas decorations done

d) is there a way to find out the schedule for 2005 (and maybe even 2004) to see what went down when ? (rides etc for christmas stuff)

I cant answer them all, but I do know at least according to a travel channel show i saw, the decorations are mostly put up at night.

I cant wait to see them, we will be there this December!

When we've gone in Jan. we've seen them taking Christmas decorations down in the resort. it actually only took them one night and they did it really late. As for the Country Bear's it usually takes longer but I'm not sure how long.

You can check out www.allears.net. Click on planning and then rehabs and closures. As far as taking things DOWN it states that CountryBear Jamboree was closed from 01/03/06-01/07/06 to take down the Christmas show. Hope this helps somewhat !!

funny thing is... most of the christmas decorations are still up on the streets of newyork at Disney MGM.

and some are found still at animal kingdom.

Yes, i was wondering how long they take to go up, and by what date they are UP for.

and i was hoping to see a schedule from last year for closures, so that i can judge approximately when things will be closed for christmas rehab. ie country bear jamboree. yes my family loves this enough to change dates for travel to be sure to NOT miss it! does any one know when it was closed in 2005 for the christmas rehab?
