Jeanne, Butterfly Kisses is one of those songs that always gets me. I didn't have a relationship with my dad at all. I used to have to walk out at weddings when the daughter/father dance happened and/or if they played "Daddy's Little Girl". I've gotten to the point where I don't have to leave the room anymore...even if I still end up teary-eyed! Thank you SO MUCH for praying for Vinny's family. His death is always on my mind and it stings...Thank God I know that the eternal sting of death has already been erased by Jesus' sweet victory on the cross! I thankGod that Vinny's rest is in GLORY and in the sweet sweet presence of Jesus. I grieve for Vinny's wife and his little girls who will never know those "events" in their lives with their dad. But God has been speaking so much to me through people who encourage us and send us just the GREATEST emails and devotionals...I just read something someone sent me that was a in a devotional book the day before Vinny died. It was unbelievable how it tied in with something I had been thinking about!

Getting notes from people here and just KNOWING that people know the pain of loss and pray and encourage those who are hurting is so amazing!!! I can't express my gratitude enough! I know that Vinny is marveling in heaven at the MASSIVE #'s of people who prayed for him and who are still praying for his family...PEOPLE HE NEVER EVEN KNEW! No one can describe what an incredible feeling it is to experience the encouragement of the Body of Christ!

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all of your thoughts, prayers and notes!

I'll try to come on and sing a song tomorrow! Keep on praising!!!
