Choosing a Moderate

Here is the dilemma. We are planning on returning to WDW in January of 2006. It will be myself, DH, DD who will be 4 1/2, DS 2, and our friend J who has never been. For financial reasons, unless there is a code(which I am not holding my breath for), we are going to have to do a moderate for 5 days and then spend 2 days at AKL. We are AAA members, so I know I should be able to get that discount at least. This will be my 9th trip. So far I have stayed FW, WL, and CR, CBR(twice).

Which one do we pick? We will be flying so I am going to try to keep luggage to a minimum but we will also have either the twin stroller or two individual strollers, one carseat and a few other things.

CBR- like the resort but want to try something new. The plus is that they are the largest of the mods.

POR- like the idea of the trundle beds and the double sinks, with 2 women and a pokey DH, this would be nice to have extra space in the morning.

POFQ- Love the water slide, and like its twin I like the idea of a boat ride to DTD.

CSR- Aside from the pool, this resort just doesn't appeal to me at all.

(PS- If had unlimited funds, I would choose the poly, but I don't see that happening but if any one knows how I could, feel free to PM me.)

We stayed at CSR and loved it. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

POR all the way. CBR is nice but I plan on returning to POR as soon as humanly possible.

CSR!

Would like CBR if they did something about the main pool. This could be the worst one on property, IMO.

POFQ is a good choice also. Depends on what theming you're in the mood for.

I would pick POR and remember that you can pool hoop to POFQ.

My preferences, in order are:
PO-FQ
PO-R
CBR
CSR

PO-FQ : it is beautiful, compact, has great beignets in the food court, has the choice of 2 themed pools, and has the best bus system of all of the moderates. We have no negatives about this resort.

PO-R because it is beautiful, has the choice of 2 themed pools, love the theming, decent bus system, great butterfly garden and cool playground. Cons: somewhat spread out.

CBR because, again it is beautiful and we love the decor. Also, the rooms are a bit bigger than the others. Cons are the fact that it is very spread out, and the bus system can be slow and the pool is also small.

CSR because the pool and slide are great. Cons- it is a convention resort which means that the food court and restaurant can be exceptionally busy, the decor doesn't appeal to us, and there is only one sink in the room.

I have recently stayed at both. My vote goes to POR. CSR is nice but not my taste.
