You and Jackie have convinced me (even though you weren't trying to ) get glow sticks for T.

After my boxing lesson with Mike tomorrow, I'm going to try to find glow sticks.

I got my glow stuff on either ebay or oriental trading dot com. FYI. I have a carp load of extras I plan to bring a few wiht me this trip but I'll still have more...if you have no luck finding them let me know maybe I can send 'em to ya or meet you in the city or something.

Here's a pic of the birthday cake we ordered for T. We had it delivered to our room at the Poly. When returned for our afternoon break, T was surprised to see this!!!

Nothing definite in the works for NYC -- with airfare as crazy as it has been, I don't know when we will make it up there -- I wish it was within driving distance .

I'm guessing the slippers rest on top of pillows covered in Egyptian cotton.

Awwww that's too bad. We could have done a NYC DISmeet.

I hate having to fill up the car these days -- I have been driving less and less, but that will of course change as soon as school starts back up.

Are you as impatient as I am for Disney to release the 2009 rates and packages? Do you think it'll be another Year of a Million Dreams? Gosh, I hope not. I need something fresh and new.

On Amazon you can pre-order the 2009 Unofficial Guide and Passporter. Disney needs to get on the ball so OCD trip planners can get their fix.

NYC employers would just give us a MetroCard and tell us to hop on the subway or bus Maybe a gas stipend. could be negotiated into our next contract.

Normally, I would not bring my laptop to WDW. I'm on vacation and like to check out of the digital world. But I'm going to NEED to check everyday to see if the 2009 prices are out.

Are you really looking into becoming a DVC member? I have all of the info, but can't make up my mind. I worry that if I purchase, I'll end up staying at the DVC resorts only. The deluxe resorts require a lot of points. And I really want to try different resorts. Plus I'm not sure I can give up my daily mousekeeping

Ok, I haven't saved the 2009 guidebooks in my Amazon shopping cart yet. That might be one of this evening's activities
