Chivarly?

my boyfriend opens doors for me.
he always makes sure im satisfied with my meal before he starts to eat.
he gets me something to drink without me even asking.
he comes to the door when he picks me up.
he walks me to the door when he bring me home.

and i love it. :)

This may make me a brat and stuff but I don't care.

I want a guy who'll

Open my doors for me
Pull out my chair
Pay for dinner (or at least start to. If I can and want to chip in I will)
Come to the door to pick me up
Walk me to my door.

I want to be treated like a lady. Some people seem to have given up on this. :sad2:

my boyfriend shows a lot of chivarly.. if thats even how you use the term lol.
if were out to eat hell pull my seat out before i sit down for me and holds the door for me and little things like that that are just so cute and polite :]
he is so sweet and polite and caring... he pays for me when we do things together.. which sometimes makes me a little pissed off lol.. but in the long run its so sweet and nice. :] hes a veryyy nice guy if you can tell lol

Its certainly nice everyonce in awhile but for the most part, I am a very independent women and prefer to do things on my own. But everyonce in awhile it really is nice.

I don't have a boyfriend, but chivarly would be very nice in one. =)

One of my favorite quotes? "Chivarly IS dead, Total. I just killed it." :rotfl:

same with me...except some girls take advantage of it

those are the kind of girls that are going to kill chivarly! personally i love it when a boy does something kind like hold a door for me...it shows that boys do know how to treat a lady...

I'm respectful to women, and most everyone actually. You do me no wrong and I'll do you none.. I do simple things like getting and holding doors for people, but is that really considered chivalry?

Or is that just considered basic respect/responsibility?
