Well the chairs have gone now, and it really does make you feet and legs ache at the end of a 12 hour shift. The reason we have been given for them going is we must be moving at all times! Now they want us to work the weekend at christmas that they gave us off, its going to be the last year with christmas shut down and people want to enjoy it (I am going to Norway and booked holidays, go to work or snorkel with killer whales, which would you do? will not be working next year either booked 7 days holiday to have a 2 week christmas holiday!) but people are so cross about the chairs going and the fact that they are not offering a day off in leu for working that they have got very few volunteers. In fact several have said they will only do it if the chairs come back. Way to go managers with the you scratch our backs and we will stab you in the back in return.
