SAme thing just happened to me. I had the stuff in my basket last night. I minimized the page when the football game was over and went to bed. I woke up this morning and all of a sudden the priced jumped higher. Too bad. I really would have liked to get the stuff for the price I had last night. Oh well...maybe next time, lol.

I just ordered one hour ago, and I used the code HMREA5 to get 25% off. I still got it although I couldn't use the free shipping.

I was placing my order this morning, when I added the items to my cart, it showed a different higher price than what it did on the page. I called and the girl said that they were updating their website, to call back after my order was placed and they would adjust it.

I had all my screens up and I called back. The guy said they just switched the prices on the website, they took the 30% off sale price and put the regular prices back. I told him what the girl said and that I had copies of my screens up. I did a screen shot of what I had and e-mailed it to him. He ended up adjusting my order since I was able to show him the screens that I still had with the sale prices. So I was able to get 2 jackets, a pair of pajamas, 4 little purses and a poncho for 42.00.

Pretty cool huh? It is a good thing that I keep my screens up, just in case they asked.

I wish I would have thought of that. I had both screens up too, and left them open while I went grocery shopping. When I came back, I figured I just missed the deal so I closed them. Glad you got in on the deal, though!

did anyone have their order shipped yet? Mine is till showing "order submitted" and "payment received", but not shipped yet. I've never ordered online from TCP before...how long does is usually take to ship?

cepmom, i was wondering the same thing. i placed two orders on 10-7 and they both say that they are submitted and that payment was received, but nothing has been shipped so far. i did check my credit card and they have not been billed yet either. does anyone know if they usually take this long to ship out items?? (i don't expect to get them in one day, but they should have at least been shipped out at this point.....right????) just curious if they were over run with orders for the sale items....hopefully they didn't over sell the items and they will be able to fill the orders that were placed.

Just got an email saying my order shipped via Fed Ex and they cancelled 3 of the items I bought . I bought 3 striped skirts and 3 sweater shirts to go with the skirts. The 3 skirts were cancelled. So now I have 3 sweater shirts coming and no skirts to go with them. I am so annoyed!! Why couldn't they notify me that the skirts weren't available before they shipped the order? I could have cancelled the 3 sweater shirts too. Now I'm going to have to go and return them to the store and I'll have to find something else to give my nieces for thier birthday

I placed an order on Saturday and that one still says order submitted, payment authorized, but I have not rcvd any shipment notification... I also placed an order on Sunday and I rcvd an email stating that that one shipped today.... I really hope the order I placed Saturday comes through OK, It was an outfit for my nieces bday & it won't do me any good if they don't ship the whole outfit.

I have ordered from them a number of times recently and always received my merchase quickly. It has been a week now and nothing. The status says not shipped but the payment has been authorized. I sent customer service an email inquiry. These were all my nieces and nephews Christmas gifts. If they aren't coming I want to know because I'll hit our school bookfair otherwise.

When I placed an order, there was a disclaimer at the bottom that was something about them moving their distribution center ( I think). It said any orders placed before Oct 12 would have a 3 day delay or something like that. I can't remember exactly as I ordered summer clothes. For me, as long as I got them before next summer, I was fine

I had the same concern as you! I need those Halloween shirts!LOL Anyway, I called the 800# on the site and was told that my items will be shipped today. I placed my order on the 8th. The woman apologized for the delay and said it was because of the moving of their distribution center. So my order should arrive by Fri, Mon the latest.
FYI, before I called my order status was order submitted and payment authorized, but didn't say shipped. It still doesn't. If anyone is really concerned I would just call the 800#.

I called yesterday also. I was on hold so long I actually fell asleep! But, once they did answer and I woke up she said my items were scheduled to ship that day and I got an email confirmation shortly afterwards that all items shipped.

I got both of my orders today. 23 items (tanks, shorts, halter tops) came to just over $10. Thanks OP -- all 3 of my DDs will have matching outfits next summer!

The sale stuff is all sold out. My orders were placed 10/7/05 and it was very hard to get through -- it took about 2 hours total. As I was trying to place the first order I kept getting a note saying that one thing or another that was in my cart had sold out. I was so relieved when the order finally went through as I have 3 DDs and it's expensive to buy clothes for them.

I placed an order on 10/8, and finally got an email from Childrens Place stating that it had been shipped Tues 10/18. Well the FedEx tracking number wouldn't pull up any info, so I called FedEx, and they say its still not in their possession!
Isn't this a little ridiculous? CP gave me the story about switching warehouses, but this is a bit much! Three of the things I ordered are Halloween clothes that she'll never get to wear.

Anyone else having problems? If I hadn't gotten the stuff for next to nothing, I'd call can cancel.
