You're right yesterday was wrapping day. Just have my mother and sister left then I'm good. I think I'm finished with shopping too.
The mall was busy on Saturday!

Tricia, have fun with doctors appointments. It does sound like alot of fun.

Good morning!

I'm not done wrapping. Far from it. I've wrapped as I've needed. I've been distributing presents for nearly a month now. The only people left to give gifts to are my parents and my aunt and uncle. They're the only ones I'll actually see at Christmas.

I still have to run out at lunch today and get more gifts though.

Happy Christmas Eve! Yesterday was spent cleaning, setting up and getting out all of my Christmas dishes that needed to be washed because they haven't been used since last year. Today I still have to

As per tradition, I am going shopping with my dad and uncle this morning. I think this is my uncles one chance to shop for my aunt.

Other plans include making cookies with my mom and then we are going to have an easy dinner (I'm thinking tacos) and we actually open most of our gifts tonight. THis is the last of the crazy days! Tomorrow is easy.

How are you?

I hope you all had a wonderful day with your family and friends. Can you believe we were in the 70's yesterday? It didn't feel very Christmas like without a nice chill in the air.

Today I always go shopping for the great after Christmas sales. I don't really need anything but I've always gone. Oh and of course I always get next years wrapping paper today too.

Good evening! I'm not sure where the day went! I actually didn't leave the house today. I figure it's a bonus day since I had it off and I might as well do some stuff at home. It's been nice.

I hope everyone had a nice Christmas. The day flew by! All the weeks of work and it's over in one day.
I returned items at some stores yesterday and was happy to see no lines mybe because it was the morning.

Joanne I went shopping too. Not as crowded as in the past but also not as many good deals either. I was a tad disappointed.

Today my baby (Colin) turns 9. Where has the time gone? I always like to watch the video of them being born through the first with them on their birthday. Seeing them all little and now so big kinda of makes me sad. You know I think Arkie's birthday is Christmas day. If you're lurking Lori Happy Belated Birthday to you.

Good Monday Morning? Mark is still off today but he goes back to work tomorrow. Short week for sure because I think he's off Thursday and Friday again.

I'm going to take down all my Christmas decorations today. I don't really like having a Christmas tree with no presents under it. I enjoy having my the "stuff" around early but when it's over I'm ready to get my house back in order. Sounds like a fun day huh.

Good morning! I'm back to work. Argh. It was so nice having 5 days off. This week is strange. I work for three, off one and am back at work on Friday. Doesn't make much sense if you ask me.

It was nice having a 4 day weekend. Al this week the girls will sleep late while Cliff and I only get Thursday off.

It does seem like the Christmas break is flying by. Already Tuesday of the second week. I'm not sure what days Mark gets off this week. Of course Thursday but I'm not too sure if he gets Friday off or not. I'm sure he hopes he does.

I have to go grocery shopping at Walmart today. I guess the crowds of people returning things are over. I didn't have one thing to return anywhere this year.

Good morning! I'm having a very difficult time waking up this morning. I've been up for 3 hours and my eyes still want to close. I didn't even stay up late!

Any New Years plans? I've been invited to a "naughty" New Years Eve party but I'm really not the type to go to those things so I've declined!

I think I must be getting old because I use to love New Year's Eve Parties but now I'd rather just be home. I'm always so afraid of the drunk drivers and it always seems to be so foggy that night. We have been invited to one party but I'm trying really hard to convince Mark to just stay home with the kids.

I am going to make a pot of crab and corn soup tonight. I have some leftover rum punch in the freezer from Christmas Eve so I really just want to have my own little party here. It's been a few years since I've seen the ball drop on TV so I'm hoping to do that this year.
