What's the "going rate" you usually fly SWA to MCO for?

What's the best rate and/or best DING you have ever got MDW-MCO?

My friend flies SWA from Midway to O'Hare. She told me that I shouldn't pay more than $600 for my family of 4 to fly roundtrip. There was just a $54 one way Ding fare.

We paid $577 for our family of five a couple of times but average $877....

You considering the drive down to Chicago????? Or maybe trying to grab the $39 each way on Airtran to Midway first???????

But, if you can get Airtran at $39 each way and SW at $59 each way, that is $98 each way...... interesting concept here....

Please forget what you paid in the past. The lowest SW fare from Midway is now 99.00 plus aprox $10.00 in tax. That come out to 215.00 RT pp. AirTran was the same.

I just booked our flights 7/26 - 7/31 on USA3000 from ORD. It was 79.30 ea way, including tax....good luck

Ah, duds, you found me out. Not considering the drive, but exploring what a stop in MDW (though I dread making a stop) would involve and if the price is worth it.

Hi All. SWA had a special, I believe for only 2 days a couple of Friday's ago. The rate from MDW to MCO was $59 ow on select times of day and I was lucky to grab it . So for a family of three, I am paying $406.80 (135 a person round trip). We will be flying out on 6-16 and returning on 6-23. I was just about to book with Airtran for $96 ow and at the last minute decided to check SWA rates one final time and they lowered them just that quick. So you can never tell with SWA, but right now the lowest is $99 ow, but whose to say that they won't lower it again . So good luck to all and safe travelling .
