I also got a glimpse at that on Tom Rickett’s Cubs mailing list thank you email this evening. Didn’t know how to copy the link. I was loving that video and then it ended abruptly : )
Here’s a link to coaching style on Hickey:

I did see that. I just didn’t hear any official news and there still isn’t any.
Hey Robin, any official releases from teams have to wait until the day off during the World Series (Monday)..I only see part of this convo but am takng a stab at itI did see that. I just didn’t hear any official news and there still isn’t any.
What do you guys feel about Yuli Gurriel?
https://sports.yahoo.com/mlb-needs-suspend-astros-yuli-gurriel-racist-gesture-074449792.html
I think he needs to be suspended for a game. He played in Japan and knows how offensive what he did and said was to Japanese players. MLB needs to be consistent with punishment for remarks and actions like that. There is no place for that kind of thing in baseball.
Perpetuate what situation?I agree a fine or suspension isn't going to do anything but perpetuate the situation.
Perpetuate what situation?
Looks like Gurriel lucked out. No WS suspension, but 5 games in 2018. A slap on the wrist as far as I'm concerned since it means nothing.

Ok, some Cubs Trivia:
Open book (internet allowed)
Q1: level 4 / 5 difficulty
Who was the last Major League player to be intentionally walked the old fashioned way with 4 pitches? ( Hint- happened at the end of game 7 and may not be who you think it is.)
—
Q2: 2 parts
a) level 2/5- Who hit into the last out for the Indians in game 7?
B) level 5/5 - Who was he brought in for by Terry Francona in the inning before because of his “defense”? (Thank you Tito)

well without going open book I will give Q1 a shot..I *think* it was Rossy
Q2(a) Martinez
I will have to go open book to get (b) lol
Ross is BUZZZZZ
Hint: Schwarbs singles to right; Bryant flies out advancing Almora to 2nd; Rizzo is intentionally walked to get to Zobrist; now men on 1st and 2nd; Zobie makes the famous hit scoring Almora; now men on 2nd and 3rd; then SOMEONE ELSE gets intentionally walked to load the bases to set up a potential double play before Miggys next RBI. That person holds the distinction of the last man to be intentionally walked the old way.
I didn't read right( or apparently comprehend lol) I was thinking walked the "old fashioned way" as in NOT intentionally even tho you said it clear as day..and I just kept picturing Rossy's at bat which was basically a 5 ball walk. Cocoa Crisp, yes, you are right it very well could have ended differently but I think ending that was destined to happen, happened.1) So anyway... it was Addison Russell who was the player intentionally walked before Montero got the 2nd run in.
2) the answer to the 2nd question is intriguing and Francona doesn’t get enough criticism (or thanks from us) for it outside of Cleveland.
He took out COCO CRISP in the 9th because he wanted a better arm in left field to stop the Cubs. Heyward had made it to 3rd with 1 out in the top of the 9th.
By doing that, we won the World Series facing Martinez instead of a .333 postseason avg with a HR threat. Could’ve been a very sad ending actually.
