Yesterday was such a yucky day!!!
*I purposly skipped taking my Zyrtec Saturday night (I'm trying to make it last, because I can't refill it until Kevin's new benefits kick in), and I woke up yesterday with such a headache, which then made me very nautious (sp?). We had errands to run, so we went out to breakfast, and I ordered some pancakes, but I couldn't eat it
So I got some toast and Sprite, and that was my breakfast. I did take some Aleve, and the headache started to get a pinch better, but never gone. We did our errands in the rain
until about 3:30pm, and we finally got home. I got the girls ready for bed early, made a light dinner, and we were in front of the tv by 6pm
*I took my Zyrtec last night, and this morning I'm feeling much better

HERSEY - Isn't it nice that Alex is old enough to help you with the tree. As hard as it is for us to see our kids grow up, it does have some benefits
For me, it's when I have tons of towels to fold - that is now Stephanie's job
geffric - That's great that you made some dinner for the rest of the week. I need to do that sometime - it would make our lives easier
Mac - Thanks for covering our backs yesterday - I didn't go to church, because I didn't feel 100%.
**Thanks for the listings!!!
Well, I'm off and running - I got lots to do this morning
Have a good day today!!

Have a good day today!!

I got some more things organized in the house and the kitchen got a thorough cleaning. I got a wee bit panicked after reading this newspaper article about the most common areas of the house to pick up a flu/cold bug. Most common, the faucet handle in the kitchen and refrigerator door. Actually areas in the kitchen are far more likely than even the bathroom. Well both of them got a thorough scrubbin cause I don't want no one sick for Christmas. My house smells a wee bit antiseptic-y though, so I tossed a Yankee Christmas Cookie tart in the old tart burner. Now it smells like a hospital that bakes!
That was scary!!
Not fun!

to all of you to get rid of the sickies before the holidays, and good luck with your shopping. DS wanted that Ultimate BumbleBee from Transformers, and I just lucked into it at Target when I arrived at opening to get that darn Wii. Thank goodness since DS was firm in his conviction that even if we couldn't get it in any store, those dreaded elves could build it in the shop.
I hope they plan on having them for a long time so I can take the girls to see them - they would love it too!!!!!
That's a bummer for that to happen right before Christmas.
tommorrow...
