Breakfast Protein drink (I wanted something lite because I just needed some energy so that I can go walk on my treadnmill now
I made it 5 miles on the treadmill today, 82 minutes!
2nd breakfast Yes I had another break=fast after walking on the treadmill but I was hungry after going that long and DH was making scrambled eggs and ham for himself so I had some too
along with a cup of coffee with cream and sf hazelnut flavoring.
Lunch Grilled chicken breast with bacon and pepperjack cheese
Snack Hood Atkins aproved low carb yogurt (only 4 net carbs) and string cheese and a handful of almonds. I think I'm so hungry today because I walked so long on the treadmill but now it's almost dinner time and I'm not very hungry so that should make it easier to watch what I eat at Vegas Night tonight at our church.

I talk myself into another day of failure, somtimes. Why do we do that to ourselves? What counts is your next meal. Go right back to your plan with the next meal. You can do it, buddie!
