Caroline: "I love you too Jordan" she said kissing his cheek.

Jordan: he smiled at his mom and then at Dawn.

Jon: he was thankful that Jordan was letting him be around for this. But he hated himself for giving up his chance to have Jordan love him as much as he loved his mother.

Caroline: she nodded "okay, I'm pretty good friends with our landlord, it's possible I could get an apartment opened up for you for a while rent free, if I explain the situation. Otherwise you can stay with us if you need a place. Obviously it's not very big but the couch folds out."

Dawn: she raised her eyebrow. "Rent? Couch? Please forgive me, it's going to take a while for me to get used to this. I mean, show me two almost identical berries and I can choose the not poisonous one and eat it confidently, I can run two miles with little more than a small cramp, go days without food or water, but I have no idea what half of the things in this room are and I can barely read." She looked down and sighed.

Dawn: when he started driving she clutched her armrests and her face went pale. This was absolutely terrifying. "Just get this over with quickly, I feel like the car is eating me."
