I am a little confused. Are they rewriting history and Colum was injured rather than ill? Or did his injury just exacerbate his condition?

They wouldn't have known or understood the condition that Colum had. They would have traced it back to an injury just to understand why his legs were as they were.

I mentioned on a FB group that I hope that Le Compte winds up being Claire's brother. We know that he can travel from the supplemental books and Percy has been eluding to a prominent Frenchman being Fergus's father.

Some people liked the idea and others became quite angry, stating that Le Compte is French and that he doesn't look like Claire.

What do you think? Whom will the baby grow up to be?
